THE BOOKING PROCESS

To make your dreams come true, we need to know a little more about you.

Your inquiry form will give us an idea of vision & logistics, but we want to know the real you- which is why we always schedule a personalized consultation call for every event.

A member of the PEP team will be in touch to discuss a date and time that suits you.

 

During your 1:1 call with PEP CEO, Khadidra, you'll gain a better understanding of the price and production of your event, and we get the privilege of getting to know and connect with you!

If you're ready to progress, you'll receive a contract and pay a retainer fee. The full-service payment is due three weeks prior to the event.

How do I collaborate with PEP on my upcoming event?

Fill out our inquiry form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

3 things to know that make the booking process smoother:

  1. Your inquiry form can never be too detailed!

  2. We don't repeat events. If you love an event we've already done, we promise yours will be as breathtaking and beautiful!

  3. You don't need to know everything- that's why we're here. Your personalized consultation is an opportunity to share ideas and let your creativity run wild (or benefit from ours!)

Is there a minimum budget to work with PEP?

We have a minimum decor budget which we'll discuss during our call- this is so we can ensure your event is the outstanding experience you deserve!

Do you help with venue curation?

Venue curation is part of our service. However, we're happy to consider venue input as long as this aligns with the overall event vision.

Do you provide vendors?

Several decades in the industry means we have long-lasting relationships with America's best and most reliable vendors. Although we're happy to discuss vendor choices, we highly recommend going with our preferred vendors.

Do you have repeat clients?

Yes! PEP has become a family, and I love working with clients at different stages of their life. We enter every project with the aim of us having a long-lasting relationship.

How big is the team?

The team is 9 people strong, and continuing to grow.

Do you serve internationally?

Yes. If you've got an incredible celebration that needs PEP's creative touch, we're always happy to travel to you.
